The cleaner tidy up the room every day and the performance was beyond expectation. I used to request swapping room to make all family members living next to each other and receptionist took it seriously and tried the best and we were satisfied with it. There was a jug of jellybeans and Easter egg on the table next to the lift and it was pretty good for the family with kids. My daughter really loves that.

the kids will always remember the Easter lollies station near the lift. I enjoyed the spa after a day of walking around the city. my husband loved the smell of the little toiletries ‘cedar wood’. the room had a good shower and comfortable beds which were made up for us each day. close to commercial road tram station. the staff at the reception were always helpful and accommodating with any request or questions.

How wonderful to arrive at a hotel having booked the cheapest room and still be treated as though we booked the penthouse. The staff have gone above and beyond, we mentioned it was our 10 yr anniversary, I'm almost certain they upgraded our room, we found a personalised note waiting for.us in our room. Even extended our check out time for us. Clean rooms, clean facilities,.soft towels And linen, beautiful soap and shampoos etc, not to mention all the little added extras like shaving kit, and Toothbrush and etx etc. I will recommend this place to any who will listen. Thank you so much View, we will be back for a longer stay next time.

Ample space in the room with a nice separation between the bedroom and amenities areas. Bed was comfortable. Google Chromecast on the TV was a nice surprise, and shower could run fairly hot. Check-in and check-out process were easy. Location isn't exactly close to the city, but I knew where I was booking and it was close enough for my needs.

Everything! firstly, check in was easy. our flight got changed to an earlier time and the lovely staff let us check in early. Customer service was the best we’ve ever had anywhere! they really made an effort to make sure we were happy with everything. secondly, our room was big, clean and the bed was comfortable. we did ask for an extra couple of pillows, which was not a problem. the bed was really comfortable, the TV was huge and had chrome cast, and our bathroom ammenities were really nice. thirdly, the food! the on site restaurant is an absolute must to try. Once again, the best food we have eaten. huge compliments to the chef of wood’s restaurant. we had the 3 course meal, I won’t give anything more away as we don’t want to ruin the surprise for you. I can tell you now the price was well worth every penny. the flare and care the chef took could be seen on every dish. it really topped our whole experience off at the view hotel really well. We would definitely, absolutely be staying at the view hotel again. Thank you to all the staff, from front reception to cleaning staff. your hard work and amazing attitude towards your guests providing my husband and I with the most comfortable, easy, relaxing few days away from our daily grind, which is exactly what we needed.

The room was spacious. The TV got chromecast which can be connect via the phone to watch Netflix, sport etc or anything that have chromecast. Good bathroom space too. Shower was great. The facilities is fantastic. Pool/spa and sauna on the top floor. Location was great, only about 10 mins on the tram to Melbourne. 10-15 mins walk to Prahran market. And added bonus if u love cricket, there a cricket ground in front of the hotel where u can go watch (on weekends). Also free car park for guest.

Nice and clean hotel, cordial and welcoming staff, spacious and comfortable room, location suited our purpose, nearby tram station.

Everything was fantastic, I love the hop garden (great coffee) the restaurant, I had steak it was cooked Perfectly absolutely amazing, as well as the lemon meringue delicious. The pools/spa were relaxing we were able to have it to ourselves for a bit was nice. We even used room service which was quick easy and staff were fantastic too. The hotel was close to everything and trams were near by. The overall service was amazing the staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely want to come back in the future.

The view from Room 713 was spectatular. The lounge chairs were very comformable. Tram stopped directly in front of hotel. Staff very friendly. Restaurants on property. Walking distance to Albert Park Lake. Free lolly bar and lemon water in foyer.
